Henley’s apprenticeship leaders will introduce the goals of this event, grounded in the spirit of NAW2025. Discover how Henley’s approach to apprenticeships helps remove common blockers and creates new career opportunities.

Breaking Barriers with Elizabeth Moxey, Apprenticeship Marketing Manager and Panelists from OfCom, Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust, Lloyds Banking Group, Reading Borough Council and Inmarsat.

Gain valuable insights from Henley alumni who’ve overcome mental and practical barriers to succeed in their part-time studies. This session offers a Q&A where you can hear directly about their experiences breaking myths around apprenticeships and building confidence in their professional abilities.

Sarah Rourke, Henley’s Executive Coach

Imposter syndrome is a barrier for many professionals considering apprenticeships. Sarah Rourke will guide you in understanding why self-doubt persists and how to build genuine self-trust. Her interactive session will provide strategies for moving past doubts and embracing your strengths, helping you confidently pursue further learning and development.

Through her interactive session, you’ll learn how to avoid multitasking, focus on high-priority tasks, and design a schedule that truly supports your goals.
