Joanne is the Head of Customer Support at Asda. The topic of the research seminar is 'Leadership Flexibility and Adaptation for Hybrid Working: Practices and Pitfalls'.
The session will consist of a panel, chaired by Joanne and featuring Vicky Wallis and Sharon Varney, tackling the opportunities and challenges of hybrid working. This webinar will consider the need for leaders to be flexible and adapt their style in this new operating model. The panel will share insights from business and education.
