Join Chris Collison for the next three elements of the KM Elements sessions, through which we will explore the elements of knowledge management and organisational learning.
Each session strips the techniques back to first principles and explains how, when and where they are best used - illustrated with examples and supported with experiential learning experiments where possible. No prior knowledge of knowledge management is necessary.
Description
We will explore ways to mobilize knowledge by connecting supply with demand. Techniques such as Offers and Requests, Positive Deviance and the River Diagram provide a way to identify good practices and discover those who have the greatest appetite to apply them.
