Resonance is an approach to change how you see yourself, to work well with others and to find the best fit with your environment. It is based on the study of our unique internal rhythms and the cycles and trends from small to large that make up our external environment. Resonance uses physics, psychology and sociology to achieve synchronicity in ourselves, with others and within our world.
In a fast-changing world, resonance helps leaders, managers, and teams enhance awareness, well-being and productivity. Understanding resonance improves adaptability, decision-making and connection, as well as providing an approach to working better with others and the environment.
This webinar will be held on 3 April 2025 at 12:00pm via Microsoft Teams and is open to all. To register for this event, please submit the booking request form here.
The event will be hosted by Jo Garland, Customer Experience Director at the Lego Group. You will have the chance to hear from our speakers as they seek answers to the following questions:
- What is resonance, why does it matter and how do we use it?
- How can we use resonance to counter the limiting effects of resistance to change?
- How can we develop ourselves as leaders by heightening our self-awareness in an uncertain world?
