This webinar will explore how to approach development in the longevity economy. We're living longer, healthier lives than previous generations - outliving our parents and grandparents not just in years, but in vitality too. Yet while our lifespans are expanding, the systems around us - workplaces, governments and wider society - are still catching up. The longevity economy is here, but are we truly ready for it?
In this new landscape, sustainable personal leadership becomes essential. We may not be able to predict what’s coming or control everything that happens to us, but we can choose how we respond. We can make conscious decisions that support our resilience, boost our wellbeing and help us thrive. This is where recalibration comes in.
This webinar will be held on 12 June 2025 at 12:00pm via Microsoft Teams and is open to all. To register for this event, please submit the booking request form here.
The event will be hosted by Jo Garland, Customer Experience Director at the Lego Group. You will have the chance to hear from our speakers as they seek answers to the following questions:
• How is increased longevity already shaping your work and life?
• What is the role of personal leadership in this context?
• How do you know when it's time to recalibrate your direction or priorities?
