Chris Collison draws on 30 years of knowledge management (KM) and change experience, having worked with more than 180 client organisations, to explore areas of KM in more depth and detail. The session will be rich in case studies, tools and artefacts, using public, private and non-profit organisation examples.
Areas covered in the programme have been prioritised by participants but and will include:
- developing KM strategy
- engaging and communicating KM
- measuring KM capability and impact
- knowledge retention and handover
- KM, organisational learning and organisational culture
- lessons identified, learned and applied
- implementation and change management for KM
- designing and supporting communities of practice
Chris Collison
Chris is an established knowledge management consultant who has had the privilege to serve over 180 client organisations over the past 20 years through his company Knowledgeable Ltd.
He works internationally, connecting with a network of high-calibre knowledge management consultants in different countries who work with him on larger assignments.
