Are you free to lead? Do you sometimes struggle to find your inner authority or rely on your title or position for power? If you’re seeking greater alignment within yourself, with your inner authority, then this masterclass will support you to find your place and resource your leadership.

Leadership that others want to follow requires you to do more than build your self-awareness, it also requires an understanding of relative position, relative size, authority and power. This understanding begins within, your inner constellation, and gets expressed without, in your leadership. If you are interested in creating the conditions for leadership that resources you and others and is aligned with your sense of your true self, then this workshop invites you down a road less travelled.

Join us for this experiential learning opportunity if you are a founder, leader, team leader or senior manager who is open to a mix of personal and professional development and would like to get a better sense of your inner relationship with leadership authority and how you express it. Also for:

• experienced and senior managers interested in making the most of their career in business and management, and who are already in leadership roles
• mid-career managers who are about to lead others and suspect that they first need to know how to lead themselves
• aspiring/new managers who want to build their personal development on a strong foundation of fundamentals
• educators, coaches and mentors who want to know more about this approach in the context of leadership development

John Whittington is a leadership and team coach, constellations facilitator and trainer of systemic coaching. He supports individuals, teams and whole businesses to establish a clear sense of themselves and their place in the systems they create and inhabit. He is the founder of Business Constellations and author of Systemic Coaching & Constellations, and uses a practical process to support leaders to access and use the intelligence of the body to get clarity and insight. John has been teaching the approach to participants on Henley Business School’s MSc in Coaching and Behavioural change for several years and you can see him in action here.
