You already have a personal brand; you are telling a story with every interaction. But are you telling your ideal story – one that will help your career journey or business growth?

Understanding and expressing your personal brand is vital to managing your success. In this interactive session you will experience a wide range of tools to help you manage your personal brand and influence skilfully. We will explore how you can manage conversations with expertise and express your best self.

Learning outcomes

By the end of this session, you will have:

  • gained a deep understanding of your personal brand
  • built an aspirational personal brand to guide your leadership and communication style
  • understood how to express your personal brand while influencing with impact
  • created a clear action plan for influencing skilfully using your personal brand

Sarah Perugia

Sarah is an accredited executive leadership coach, team facilitator and keynote speaker, and has been working all over the world, helping teams and individuals flourish, for nearly 20 years.

She was working as a professional actor in London when she was first invited into the business world; Sarah put her training to good use, teaching leaders to manage their nerves, breathing, voice, body language and storytelling to ‘own the room’ and communicate with gravitas, charisma and confidence.

Sarah combines this invaluable skill set with a deep understanding of the psychology, neuroscience and physiology behind building resilience and making a positive impact on others. Her qualifications as a neuro-linguistic programming practitioner and in positive psychology further enrich what she offers as a coach, keynote speaker and facilitator.

Sarah Perugia is passionate about helping individuals and teams fulfil their potential and achieve their goals, helping them show up every day feeling energised, connected and confident so they can operate at their best.
