Description
This hands-on workshop explores using experimentation in organisations. We examine how experimentation can be used to reduce uncertainty and manage risk by uncovering what really works – and what doesn’t! Participants will be invited in advance to identify key business challenges and ideas for tackling them.
At the workshop, Dr Andrew MacLennan will introduce a systematic process to explore related strategic outcomes, reveal important uncertainties and formulate practical experiments to test solutions. Participants will be supported to apply the concepts and methods to their own challenges and ideas.
This workshop is ideally suited to pairs of participants from member organisations, who can apply this methodology live to ideas they would like to test.
