In this interactive webinar, we’ll explore the basic tenets of improv comedy and theatre, as they relate to coaching, through a number of practical and playful exercises. You’ll be encouraged to reflect on how improv skills can support your coaching practice through experiencing the improv mindset and ‘way of being’. You’ll learn some simple and powerful exercises that offer you some insights and skills, and which can be used in both an individual and team coaching environment.
To get the most out of this webinar, you may wish to be in a quiet place where you can speak out loud and move around to try out one or two exercises in your own environment.
