John Leary-Joyce is a master at deconstructing the complex art and practice of Gestalt coaching to make it more accessible. He has been practicing Gestalt for 40 years as a therapist/coach, Master’s level trainer, supervisor and was MD of the Gestalt Centre London for 12 years. By integrating his clinical and business experience, he went on to create a very innovative and experiential Gestalt training service for consultants. John is a non-executive chair of the Academy of Executive Coaching which he founded in 1999.
