Observing the body movement in clients is a key ingredient that can be drawn upon in the coaching scenario.
This session will introduce you to the basic elements of Laban’s Movement Analysis.
By the end of the session you will have learned about the four movement efforts and will be able to practice observing these in your day-to-day life and own coaching practice.
Gillian Hipp
Gillian Hipp is a Dance Movement Psychotherapist, Somatic Coach and Educator. She is a visiting speaker on the Executive MBA program at Henley Business School, where she is also in the process of researching for her PhD in Leadership and Organisational Behaviour. She is particularly interested in the links between movement patterns and well-being in the workplace.
