Derek Hill

Derek is an experienced executive coach with a focused and fun approach. He completed his MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change at Henley Business School in 2023, and he now juggles multiple professional roles.

Before transitioning to coaching, Derek served as the former Managing Director of Advanced Technology Services for 12 years. His tenure there allowed him to champion a person-centric culture and develop a keen understanding of leadership dynamics, which he now brings to his coaching practice.

Today, Derek's primary role is as a Global Leadership Coach at HSBC, where he provides strategic and empathetic coaching to leaders worldwide. He is also the founder of hi-5 Coaching, dedicated to helping leaders and their teams unlock their full potential. Additionally, Derek contributes to the academic community as an Associate here at Henley Business School.

Derek is a member of ICF, AC and EMCC. He holds both PCC and Senior Practitioner accreditations.
