Coaching as a Spiritual Vocation - Aboodi Shabi
We tend to think about coaching being about helping people achieve their goals. While this is the reason most people come to coaching, what often emerges in the coaching are deeper concerns which go beyond the contingent goals, questions about how we reconnect to ourselves and what’s truly important in the midst of the pressure to be busy and perform.

Description
We tend to think about coaching being about helping people achieve their goals. While this is the reason most people come to coaching, what often emerges in the coaching are deeper concerns which go beyond the contingent goals, questions about how we reconnect to ourselves and what’s truly important in the midst of the pressure to be busy and perform.
In that sense, coaching becomes more of a spiritual vocation, a space for people to step back from their everyday lives with its challenges and demands, and to reflect on who they are and what matters to them.
Join us for a chance to reflect on these issues and what they might mean for our practice as coaches.
