The Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship | BA (Hons) Applied Management is for both new and existing managers. Through work-based projects, apprentices develop the skills needed to address organisational challenges and manage through change.

Joining the panel is Dr Dorota Bourne, Programme Director for the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship | BA (Hons) Applied Management.
Dorota is an Associate Professor in Coaching and Change Management at Henley Business School and a member of the Henley Centre for Leadership.
She holds a PhD in Management and a fellowship of the Higher Education Academy. Her expertise lies in change management, organisational development and executive coaching.
Dorota's past clients range from multinational corporations such as General Motors to public sector institutions such as the Chinese aerospace industry. Her approach is underpinned by a belief that organisations should be built on shared values, where all individuals can truly belong to find their unique pathway to a personal and professional self-fulfillment.
