Time | 15:00-20:00 (Timezone: Europe/London) |
Alumni, students and friends of Henley Business School in the Caribbean are invited to join us for the launch of the Henley Business School Caribbean Alumni Chapter.
The event will be a fantastic opportunity to refresh your knowledge and discuss current business issues in the Caribbean, as well as to socialise, re-connect and catch up on news from Henley Business School and with fellow attendees.
Come and meet Jean-Pierre Choulet, Director of Alumni and Development, Henley Business School and Anne Marie Frank, Head of Programme Administration. Our keynote speaker for the day will be Professor Moira Clark, Director of The Henley Centre for Customer Management, and she will be presenting about Building a Customer-Centric Organisation: The Importance of 360 Customer Experience.
Professor Clark has been on the trail of discovering how to build a customer-centric organisation and achieve superior competitive advantage. This session will include insights from her latest research, where she has delved into the best practice of service excellence companies that consistently deliver first-class customer experience. In particular she will consider
- How to build a customer-centric strategy that delivers a 360 consistent CX – how customer-centric are you?
- What impact does constantly changing consumer behaviour have on your company’s 360 strategy?
- The importance of actioning insight in order to deliver a consistent and superior customer experience across multiple channels
- How to map out the customer journey to ensure competitive advantage
She will also examine the concept of effortless engagement and ways in which you can make it ‘easy’ to be a customer. Finally she will give you practical advice on how you can improve customer value perceptions and achieve a competitive advantage by focusing on specific areas that have been identified in her research.
We will also have a panel of Caribbean business people to explore what this means for the region. This promises to be an event not to be missed! Here is a snapshot of what to expect on the day:
