Description
In this session, we will delve into the complex construct of trust and its critical role in coaching relationships. While research highlights trust as essential for effective coaching outcomes, we often overlook our coachee’s relational needs in this process.
Through the lens of attachment theory, we will explore how different attachment styles may influence the development of trust between coach and coachee. Drawing on my recent research findings, we will identify core relational needs and discuss practical implications for enhancing trust in coaching practice.
Join us to uncover how understanding attachment can transform your approach and foster stronger coaching relationships.
