Who is The Henley Partnership for?
Medium to large organisations looking to develop their senior managers, directors, leaders and high-potentials. We welcome members from a diverse range of sectors.
How does it work?
- You tell us what you would like to see on the agenda. We then collaborate with speakers and facilitators who understand your business challenges and can bring each event to life.
- We help you promote the programme within your organisation. We also offer ongoing support and advice throughout the year.
- You nominate attendees based on their development needs. You can either promote the events to your people and allocate places on a first come, first served basis, or you can select the individuals you feel would benefit most.
- We encourage participants to take their learning back into the organisation. All sessions are designed with clear learning outcomes and immediate practical takeaways.
Delivery and fees
All sessions are delivered either:
- Face-to-face (one day) at our Greenlands campus in Henley-on-Thames. Face-to-face masterclasses typically have 30-40 attendees.
