Whether you are looking for one-off, large scale, individual or team coaching sessions, Henley will support you to strengthen the coaching capability within your organisation.
To ensure that you receive the highest quality of service, we monitor our coaches' professional development - including CPD activity, coaching supervision hours and professional accreditation - and only deploy those coaches who maintain our high standards.
Following each coaching intervention, you will receive insights not only on the impact on the individual being coached, but also the systemic benefits to their team, business unit, and your wider organisation.

The Henley Centre for Coaching has a pool of over 300 executive coaches. Coaching assignments are often an integrated component of broader client solutions around organisational change and transformation or leadership development. Henley Business School draws upon a range of coaching approaches, and we work with you to determine which will be the most appropriate for your people and organisation. Our coaches are able to draw upon their experience and knowledge of complementary disciplines.
Our coaches hold the highest levels of academic credentials and/or accreditation from the ICF, AC or EMCC. Henley regularly runs coaching surgeries for all coaches deployed on client engagements to ensure both the business requirements are met and coaches continue their professional development
In addition to one-to-one executive coaching, many of our coaches have expertise spanning team, board and systemic coaching and behaviour change, including:
- Working with teams to improve performance and deliver change at the organisational level
- Coaching diverse ranges of teams, including virtual, cross-functional, cross-cultural
- Group dynamics and systemic thinking - understanding inter-group relationships and the complexities of systems within organisations.
Each coaching assignment is underpinned by a tri-party agreement between the sponsor, coach, and coachee, to capture the key individual, team, department, and business deliverables, together with the critical success measures.
Henley ensures quality governance by providing each client qualitative and quantitative management information, to include:
- Number of sessions and assignments completed
- The coachee’s overall experience of working with the coach
- Examples of impact through coaching subject areas and themes
All data, is fed-back to the client stakeholders and coach for ongoing review and continuous service improvement.
